TEP understands that the privacy of its users is important. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE GATHER ABOUT YOU?
The information TEP gathers falls into two categories: 1) Personally identifiable information, which includes personal information you supply when you subscribe, order, complete a survey, register for an online discussion, enter a contest or provide your e-mail address and 2) Non-personally identifiable information collected through technology, which includes tracking information collected as you navigate use the TEP services.
Use of personal information. We will use your name, and each email address, business or home address, telephone number, fax number and any other personal information that you may choose to disclose to us only to respond to your inquiries, and to provide the services or products you have requested of us if we have agreed to do so. We also use the information for statistical purposes and to help us improve our site and the services that we provide. In addition, if you request to be put on our mailing list, we will use the information you give us to send you our newsletter and other announcements or materials from time to time. We will remove you from our mailing list upon request at any time. We do not use the information for any other purposes.

Dispute Resolution. Any disputes, actions or proceedings relating to this Privacy Policy, or to our handling of personal information, will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and must be brought in the federal or state courts in the City and County of New York. By using any of our websites, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
