Financial Operations Lead
Molly Gamache is the Finance Operations Lead of The Energy Project. She took over this consolidated role of Billing and Bookkeeping functionality in February 2026.
She spent over a decade refining her finance skills among startups in the gaming and AI spaces, learning how ideas and companies are built and the energy toll these environments can take without informed guidance and understanding.
Prior to this, she supported a Financial Planner by devoting herself to the service and empowerment of their clientele, helping them understand their portfolio and how to live financially from a position of confidence.

Molly graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She lives in the Metrowest Boston area with her husband, their son and several pesky cats.
