Roman Rojas

Roman Rojas is an Implementation Coordinator at The Energy Project.

 

Roman is CAPM-certified and built his project management foundation at UNC Health, one of the nation’s leading academic health systems, where he coordinated workflows across multiple sites, managed patient data systems, and developed standard operating procedures to keep cross-functional teams aligned. 

 

Drawn to the company’s mission-driven focus and its broader impact on people’s lives, he joined the team to help deliver programs that support real organizational growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to support a wider range of clients.

 

Roman is passionate about building the reliable systems behind the scenes that let programs run smoothly and clients feel taken care of from start to finish.

 

Outside of work, he stays active through soccer, beach volleyball, and weight training.
