Executive Coach and Facilitator

Jane Strong has studied and taught multiple approaches to growth and development for more than two decades. Her expertise includes the Enneagram, a highly sophisticated personality typing system that is an integral component of The Reckoning, and in the journey of adult development.

Jane has been both a facilitator and a coach at The Energy Project, where she has worked with Ernst & Young, Google, Ford Motor Company and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Prior to that, she was a market research professional where she specialized in ethnographic research for senior management teams at eBay, Kraft, JP Morgan Chase, Frito-Lay, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson and many others.

Jane also runs a non-profit organization called The Equus Effect, where she works with veterans and others in high stress environments to help build participants’ capacity for healthy, authentic relationships through purposeful engagement with horses.

Jane received her bachelor’s degree in American Cultural Studies from Simmons University in Boston and the University of Copenhagen, DK. She is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a certified Enneagram Coach and Facilitator, an IFS Level I coach and resides in Sharon, CT.
