Kenya Shiver

Kenya Shiver is Director, Operations at The Energy Project. She has extensive experience in streamlining operations and increasing productivity, working across the entertainment, consumer advertising, pharmaceutical and medical education industries.

In her current position, Kenya is responsible for rollout and testing, working directly with the president, CEO and team to refine processes and work flow. She strives to drive positive change for the client, employee and company by developing and implementing all policies and procedures, keeping a close eye on the data, and identifying areas in need of cost reduction or improvement.

Before life at The Energy Project, Kenya held a variety of directorial and project management roles at a diverse range of organizations. She has spent her career crafting her managerial skills, always aiming for best practices and mastering processes and prioritization.

Kenya has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from North Carolina State University and is an avid tennis fan.
