Mira Ringler

Senior Facilitator

Mira Ringler is a Senior Facilitator for The Energy Project. In her tenure, Mira has facilitated programs, coached senior leaders and delivered keynotes at organizations including eBay, Genentech, Dropbox, EY, ATB Financial Group, Kaiser Permanente, Centura Health, Robert Half, and Coca-Cola.

In Mira’s independent executive coaching and leadership consulting practice, she helps her clients maximize their potential through building leadership skills and capacities.

Before opening her practice, Mira served as Vice President at BlessingWhite, a global human resources consulting firm.  She served on the executive team, managed a team of sales professionals and worked with a diverse group of clients including Charles Schwab, Visa, PayPal, Capital One, LinkedIn, Yahoo!, Hewlett-Packard, Flex, and Boeing.

Mira has previously worked at The Advisory Board, a Washington, DC-based research and technology think tank and a law firm in Washington, DC. Additionally, Mira is a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She received her bachelor’s in English from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mira resides in San Francisco and loves to hike, read and travel. She also offers her time to several non-profit and civic organizations including FUSE Corps, Coro Northern California and the Chinatown Community Children’s Center.
