Sarah Baxter

Sarah Baxter is a Senior Facilitator at The Energy Project UK. She brings 27 years of corporate experience across several industries, specializing in strategy, human resources, training and organizational development.

Sarah is a highly experienced executive facilitator and strategy creation specialist. Her skills and qualifications include Executive Facilitator, NLP and MBTI Practitioner, Spectrum Therapist, Qualified Coach, Trainer and Training Design, and she serves as a member of the British Psychological Society.

Her career started in 1989 at NatWest Bank where she spent nine years in training and development. From here, she has held senior roles in Prudential Group Pensions, Energis Telecommunications and BMW UK. At BMW, Sarah was responsible for the engagement of all employees and played a critical part in changing the culture of the company with the creation of a new employee brand ‘What Moves You.’ She has been responsible for driving change in the business at all levels from the Executive Board to individual contributors through multiple change activities.
