Sheila McDonnell

Sheila McDonnell is Director, Account Management at The Energy Project. She has over 15 years’ experience and expertise in organizational leadership, business development strategy, account management, and consultative sales.

In her role as director, Sheila is the account lead for many of The Energy’s Project’s Fortune 500 clients. She also secures new clients, working closely with key figures, including those in the C-suite, human resources, CHROs and learning and development. She builds relationships and targets organizational transformation focusing on the benefits of health and wellness, and employee engagement across organizations.

Before The Energy Project, Sheila’s roles ranged from business development at Virtual Inc., and sales and account management at XEROX. Her career highlights are wide-ranging with increased revenue and mostly many satisfied clients contributing to her success and authority in the field.

Sheila holds an MBA in Management from Bentley University and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Massachusetts and considers her proudest accomplishment raising her three confident and compassionate daughters. She has a ten-year-old rescue dog named Dublin, enjoys Red Sox baseball games at Fenway Park and her hero is the late, great Chief Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
