How It Works

Disrupting Burnout holds space to reflect upon both the structural stressors of the environment and one’s individual patterns to better understand the effects they have on well-being.

The tools in this program help to identify the impact of systemic burnout, assist in managing responsibility (what is under our control, what is ours to solve, and what is not), and offer solutions that introduce relief and restore engagement that extends past the office.

Participants are supported in grounding, centering, and re-energizing by developing sustainable practices for awareness, regulation, and support.
