Parenting in a World of Overload
Provides parents with the tools needed to face the challenges of dealing with heightened emotions head-on.
How It Works
As a parent, it can be difficult to stay resilient, flexible, and empathic while juggling work and family responsibilities. Parenting in a World of Overload provides key strategies aimed at helping parents build their emotional awareness and personal wellbeing so they can better manage the rough winds of their children's emotions. Parenting in a World of Overload is based on empirical research on energy management, child development, neuroscience, and trauma psychology and it will give working parents the tools needed to cope more skillfully in today's uncertain world.
