How It Works
Resilience Bootcamp is designed to help your teams build step-by-step Resilience Plans to more skillfully manage energy, inside and outside work. The first phase is called Refuel and it focuses on building reservoirs of high-positive emotions. In the second phase, Reset, participants experiment with a step-by-step process for calming their bodies and regulating their emotions. In the final phase, Reframe, participants practice separating the facts of their most challenging situations from the stories they tell themselves, in order to stay more consistently grounded.
