Jennifer Tobola McKeon is the Vice President, Client Engagement for The Energy Project. She is passionate about understanding and preventing the symptoms surrounding change saturation.
Prior to joining The Energy Project, Jennifer was a Senior Vice President of Business Development with Lee Hecht Harrison. Her experience as a talent management executive with proven success in leading teams in corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and competing objectives made her an invaluable and innovative partner to senior leadership teams. Jennifer’s greater expertise lies in the facilitation of cultural transformations to attract, retain and develop human capital, creating a diverse organization and increasing profits.
Jennifer brings over 22 years of hospitality management experience, working with Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, and Starwood.
She is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a concentration in Physics. Jennifer loves SEC football, travel, her husband Mike, and her dog, Munson.
