Nick Rifken is an Account Manager at The Energy Project. He is responsible for business development, supporting day-to-day account planning, and delivery and implementation of client services. He finds joy in partnering with clients across industries to brainstorm solutions to their people strategies.
Prior to joining The Energy Project, Nick worked in the non-profit and healthcare sectors, interacting across organizational functions and roles – from executive leadership to frontline staff.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from William Paterson University. Fueling his passion for the arts and music, Nick performs drums and runs a high-end events band in the tristate area in addition to performing as a solo guitarist and songwriter.
