Susan Brown is a Vice President at The Energy Project. Her passion for employee engagement shows when she partners with clients to co-create happier, healthier and higher performing cultures.
As a high performer for many years, Susan found that she was engaged and exhausted, a phenomenon she also found with her clients. After hearing Tony Schwartz speak about sustainable engagement at a conference in 2013, Susan knew she needed to learn more – for herself and her clients. Soon after, Susan happily joined The Energy Project.
In her tenure at The Energy Project, she has strategically partnered with clients across industries to help them build their workforce capacity for high performance.
Susan has been in the field of talent management for over 20 years, spanning across the entire employee lifecycle. She began her career in contingent workforce management and recruiting at Bay Area boutique staffing firms. After several years Susan shifted her career focus to career development and change management work with Spherion’s Human Capital Consulting. She most recently served as Vice President at BlessingWhite where she focused on employee engagement, leadership development and coaching.
To support her own renewal and greater purpose, Susan is co-located in the San Francisco Bay Area and her home in the Sierra Foothills.
To help people have more peace and joy in their lives and help organizations increase their profits by unleashing the full potential of their workforce.
