DeAnne Aussem is a Senior Facilitator and Executive Coach for The Energy Project, a company that helps organizations manage their energy and increase performance. DeAnne is a global people strategist with 20+ years of leadership experience across multiple industries and geographies and over 4,000 hours of executive and leadership coaching delivered.

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, credentialed Executive Coach, and Coach Supervisor, DeAnne blends evidence-based frameworks with deep intuition to spark transformation in leaders and teams. With a B.A. degree in Accounting and Business, DeAnne draws on training in Positive Psychology, Lifestyle Medicine, Psychological Safety, and Mindfulness.

DeAnne is a magnetic speaker, emcee and interviewer who has shared the stage with luminaries such as Brené Brown, Simone Biles, and Jay Shetty. She has delivered keynotes and facilitated sessions at leading global conferences including the Great Place to Work Summit, the World Business & Executive Coach Summit, the World Happiness Summit and more. DeAnne’s thought leadership has also been featured in premier publications such as Forbes, New York Post, Working Mother and Thrive Global.

DeAnne has held senior leadership roles at three global professional services firms and served on the People Leadership Team of a 60,000+ person organization, shaping culture, strategy, and well-being at scale. At PwC, she pioneered the firm’s Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence—a groundbreaking innovation that introduced ~30 highly skilled, credentialed coaches to support leaders and key talent through 1:1 and team coaching, as well as programmatic experiential learning.

DeAnne is passionate about travel with her family, experiencing new cultures, and finding inspiration in nature. A dedicated hot yogi, she values mindfulness and renewal as essential practices for sustaining holistic wellbeing.
