The Challenge Facing Employees Today
In a world where change is a constant and demand seems to be increasingly relentless, it makes sense that employees are overwhelmed.
The Result?
Emotional exhaustion and reactivity
Difficulty focusing and making decisions
Disconnection from self, others, and purpose
Chronic stress and overload
Did you know?
Workplace Well-being isn’t a Perk. It’s a Performance Imperative.
According to the American Psychological Association, over 50% of employees end the day emotionally drained – and only 25% feel their employer genuinely cares about their well-being.
According to McKinsey, organizations with high change agility are 2.7x more likely to outperform peers.
The Solution
A Science-Backed Workshop for the Modern Workplace
Navigating a World of Overload is a 90-minute workshop designed to help employees move out of
survival mode and operate with greater clarity, calm, and focus.
Grounded in neuroscience and over 20 years of behavioral research, this experience helps participants
recognize the impact of stress, regulate their physiology, and build the practices that make resilience
sustainable.
How It Works
Each session is crafted to bridge the gap between theory and action, ensuring leaders leave ready to implement what they’ve learned.
Participants identify the stress triggers and patterns that drain their energy. Using The Energy Audit®, they assess where energy is being depleted across four dimensions – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual – and learn how to pause and reset in real time.
Participants explore The Three Selves Framework to understand how the nervous system reacts under pressure. Through self-regulation practices, they learn to calm reactivity, regain focus, and maintain clarity in high-stakes moments.
Participants adopt simple renewal rituals and Community Check-Ins that promote calm, focus, and connection. These shared practices strengthen psychological safety and build collective resilience across teams.
Resilience grows through consistency. Teams receive a self-facilitated discussion guide to continue the work weekly, reinforcing tools, deepening insight, and sustaining resilience long after the workshop ends.
