Paula is a neuroscientist specializing in human behavior, with a degree in chronobiology. Her research focuses on biological rhythms and their impact on mental health. Additionally, Paula is trained in conflict mediation and management, which enhances her understanding of the complexities of human interactions.

With over 15 years of experience as a speaker, Paula has presented on topics related to mental health, leadership, and behavior, engaging a wide range of audiences. Currently, she serves as a faculty member in the postgraduate program in Socioemotional Intelligence at the Signativo Institute, where she educates and inspires future leaders to leverage neuroscience for healthier and more effective interpersonal dynamics.
