Pierre Verstraeten

Pierre Verstraeten is dedicated to accompanying human beings and organizations to become their better version. He has tailored and delivered training for companies such as Schneider Electric, Sanofi, Novartis, Bloomberg or Criteo.

His perspective on human and business performance comes from a decade implementing Sales strategies all over Europe, and then shifting to the human side of change. After leading the Talent function at Criteo and TravelPerk, he co-founded two consulting firms, Atscale and People-Growth, accompanying leaders through hypergrowth.

Pierre is a CEO and Exec coach, Leadership trainer and HR Operating Partner. He primarily studied International Business at Toulouse Business School and ESCP-EAP, then became a certified coach (individual and teams) as well as Gestalt psychology practitioner. When he is not at work, you can find Pierre playing with his two kids, practicing Yoga or kitesurfing.
