How It Works

PeopleFuel® builds individual capacity by teaching people how to manage their energy across four dimensions: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It begins with an individual Energy Audit® which defines key energy gaps for each participant. Four separate modules help people better understand the behaviors that fuel their energy, resilience, focus, and engagement. Participants learn strategies and build rituals — highly specific behaviors that become automatic through repetition — that are designed to increase the energy they bring to their work and their lives.

PeopleFuel® 1-Day is a scientifically-grounded curriculum that energizes people and transforms companies by helping them to more skillfully manage energy rather than time.

Our aim is to help individuals within organizations to recognize the costs of energy depleting behaviors and then to take responsibility for changing them. Our learning programs enhance organizations by building individual capability to fuel energy needs across the four dimensions of energy: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

PeopleFuel® 2-Day is designed to support productivity, wellbeing, engagement, and innovation by empowering employees to manage their energy more skillfully.

During the course, participants will define their key energy gaps, examine the costs and benefits of their current behaviors, and explore the concepts and tools to help them better understand the practices that fuel their energy, resilience, focus, and engagement. Finally, participants will learn strategies to build and sustain rituals designed to increase the energy they being to work and their lives.

PeopleFuel® 6-Week Intensive is The Energy Project’s flagship program that is designed to identify the behaviors needed to fuel sustainable satisfaction and performance, and to eliminate the roadblocks in the way of making those changes.

Participants will dive deeply into their beliefs, assumptions, mindsets, and blind spots, and work to connect the core principles of this work to specific individual development opportunities, so that each participant walks away with increased awareness, stronger communication, and a clearer sense of how they want to show up and the impact they want to have.

Our PeopleFuel® Train-the-Trainer certification is designed to allow organizations to scale TEP programs and tools across a wider audience and build communities of practice that extend the learning beyond the classroom.

Client trainers experience the programs themselves, absorbing the principles and practices of effective energy management across four dimensions. Then, paired with TEP Master Facilitators, they learn to teach the curriculum and share the tools/strategies that help people to perform more sustainably at the highest level.
