Team Coaching Program
Three months of coaching that transforms a group of individual stars into a championship team.
Bi-weekly group sessions and individual coaching for every team member that strengthen the way your team collaborates, communicates, decides, and prioritizes, based on a vision your team creates together.
The inner work of becoming a sustainably high-performing team
Every team has a system of working together — a way they run meetings, a process for making decisions, what happens when pressure rises. Team Coaching examines how your team operates, giving each person space to explore the part they each play in the dynamics and what it would take to shift, individually and together.
With no set curriculum, each session draws on whatever is most alive for your team at that point, whether it's a decision that needs to be made, a conflict that's in motion — or being tiptoed around, or a question the team needs to answer. Along the way, the work adapts as your team's needs evolve, but the vision for how you want to operate stays front and center.
At a Glance
Who it's for
Intact teams of every kind — leadership teams, functional teams, cross-functional groups.
Length
Three months.
Structure
A half-day kickoff, one half-day PeopleFuel session, bi-weekly 90-minute group coaching sessions, and a closing session.
Individual coaching
One-on-one coaching is an optional add-on.
Format
We recommend gathering in person at least once, but ideally for the kickoff and the close. Everything else can run virtually, in person, or a mix, with the format shaped around your team.
The Shape of the Engagement
Kickoff
The engagement opens with a half-day session where your team names the challenges most on its mind, defines what success looks like — externally and internally — and gets honest about what it's willing to put on the line to get there. What you name here becomes the reference point for the months ahead.
PeopleFuel
In the first month, a half-day session maps your team's energy across four dimensions — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's fueling the team, what's draining it, and an experiment to test together.
Group coaching
Every two weeks, your team meets with your coach for 90 minutes. These sessions work with whatever the team brings — a decision that's stuck, friction that keeps resurfacing, priorities that need renegotiating. Over three months, the team builds the capacity to see its own patterns in real time and make different choices.
Individual coaching. Optional.
Alongside the group work, we recommend including one-on-one sessions team members with a coach. The rhythm can be set per team or per member, anywhere from a session or two across the engagement, to monthly or bi-weekly meetings. The two tracks feed each other: what someone sees about themselves in coaching changes what they bring to the team.
Close
The final session returns to what the team named at kickoff — what shifted, what didn't, and what the team will do when old patterns resurface. Your team leaves with its own plan for what comes next.
What Gets Stronger
Collaboration
The team hears from a broader range of voices, and build on their differences to create momentum.
Communication
People bring what's true while it's still relevant, and the team is able to hear it and act on it.
Decision-making
The team draws on the full range of their intelligence to make decisions, which hold after the meeting ends.
Prioritization
The team builds a shared set of priorities, which survive the inevitably urgent demands that arrive each week.

What Leaders Say
The short term benefit was to rally the team around a shared vision and remove the friction, and to recognize that our own energy is the driver of how we lead and has an enormous impact on the organization. The long-term benefit is that my leaders and myself, we've developed into better human beings and better leaders.

You can rework your strategy 10 times over. You can't execute it unless the team is a well-oiled machine pulling in the same direction. That's what this program is designed to achieve.
